Risë Mitchell, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Risë (pronounced Ree-sa) offers a combination of in-person and/or telehealth services. Risë provides inclusive and trauma-informed mental health assessments and medication management for people age 18 and older. She enjoys collaborating with other providers and educating clients and family members about diagnoses and medication options.

Risë completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has worked as a mental health nurse since 2013.
